Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our North American Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise named accounts, finding and closing new customers, managing accounts and generating bookings while achieving individual, team and organizational goals. This individual will be a valuable contributor to the beqom Sales Team while defining and executing a sales plan that will allow beqom to achieve corporate objectives.

  • Finding and closing business across enterprise named accounts
  • Creating and executing a sales plans
  • Develop a profound knowledge of the beqom solution and related business processes
  • Build competence and sell the beqom value to business decision makers up to C-Level
  • Build Total Compensation and Sales Performance Management Domain expertise
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualification to closure 
  • Demonstrating our capabilities and working with deal team to define and build opportunity plans, business cases, and key sales deliverables to drive value driven sales cycles
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management
  • Managing a fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environment
  • Work closely with sales support functions and achieve a high win rate through quality and sales excellence
  • Represent beqom at events, seminars and in the press
  • Work closely with Lead Generation and Marketing to increase market awareness


  • Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree a +
  • 5-10 years of quota carrying experience in selling cloud based enterprise software solutions as SaaS
  • Degree in a Hard Science/Engineering/Computer Science a +
  • Deliverable Based Selling – demonstrated experience using and developing critical path deliverables in the sales cycle that drive value based selling (presentations, business cases, value assessments, etc)
  • Leadership – demonstrated experience in direct or in-direct leadership positions at the operational level (i.e. sales management) or opportunity level (i.e. leading deal teams)
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer needs
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise solution ROI
  • Reading the System – demonstrated experience interpreting/navigating/covering prospect organizational hierarchy and politics which lead to getting a non-oppty converted & closed, increased deal size or substantial upsell/cross-sell opportunity
  • Successful track record in enterprise high revenue low transaction volume sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively with multiple senior management and C-level contacts
  • Must be able to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including and Microsoft Office
  • High energy and a positive attitude
